What Services We Offer
Estate Planning Services
No matter how few or how many assets you have acquired over the course of your lifetime, the fact remains that you cannot take any of your assets with you when you die. The assets that you own, including real estate, life insurance policies, banking accounts, and all your personal possessions make up your estate. Everyone should have an estate plan, especially those who have minor children, family relying on them or who have enough assets that a probate would be required. While contemplating your mortality is never pleasant, I am here to make it a painless and even pleasant experience for you. By ensuring your family has an estate plan specific to fit your needs, it can save you and your family considerable time, hassle, and money that would otherwise get spent on taxes, court costs, and legal fees in the future. There is no better time than right now to get started on your estate plan.
Since every family is unique, every estate plan is also unique. I offer three levels of estate planning services to fit the needs and budget of your family. My fees range between $1,500 up to $5,500 depending on the plan you choose. I will always quote you a flat fee up front before starting any work on your behalf and offer payment plans to fit the cost within your budget.
Every level of the estate plan service includes the following:
- Last Will & Testament
- Revocable Living Trust
- Separate Schedule “A” – Initial Trust Assets
- Trust Summary
- Trust Certification
- Advance Health Care Directive
- Durable Power of Attorney
- Living Will
- Nomination of Guardian for Minors
