Crista Hermance was born and raised in Ventura, California and lived there a majority of her life. She majored in business management at San Diego State University and soon thereafter started working for Citigroup in Jacksonville, Florida. She worked as a project manager for Citigroup and traveled extensively throughout the world. She even ended up relocating to the Philippines for a year which was an opportunity of a lifetime for her. After living in the Philippines, she moved back to Ventura and began her legal career.

Juan Guerrero, CPA has been with Lindsay and Company since 2012. He serves a diverse client base, offering a wide range of services to small – and medium-size businesses, not-for-profit organization and individuals.

Salena Bracamontes, began her career in with State Farm in 2001. She initially studied to be an educator however, she found her passion in the insurance industry.  She is currently the CEO, Agent/Owner of Salena Bracamontes Insurance Agency Inc. She truly enjoys educating,  assisting and being a resource and advocate in her community. She fully engages locally to assist wherever and whenever needed.

Maxine Monina is a real estate professional at Pinnacle Estate Properties in Westlake Village.  Having raised her family in this beautiful community, and taken great pride in being a Conejo Valley resident for over 30 years.

Clarice Couey received her Bachelor’s Degree in 2004 from University of San Francisco in Internation Business and Finance. She enjoys remaining active in her community and has a passion fro volunteerism. She is a member of Kiwanis Club of Oxnard, Business Network International and an Oxnard Salsa Festival board member. 

Mark Johnson entered the real estate industry captivated by the unique work loan officers conducted to help people secure the most critical asset of their lives: a home. He has been a lender since 1999 working with borrowers and realtors from all backgrounds and walks of life. Mark specializes in first-time home buyers, FHA/VA financing, complex-income borrowers, and condo financing. He has been the preferred lender for large, multi-home projects such as The Hideaway in Goleta,  Vineyard Village in Buellton, and Pasadera in Guadalupe.
